Booking and Cancelation Policy
To sustain an organized and hassle-free experience, Totally You Spa Inc. will be implementing the following booking and cancelation policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the following information please contact us for further clarification.
Booking Policy
- All services are by appointment only.
- Appointments can be booked online, via a phone call, or by text.
-All new clients are required to book our First Time Massage Consultation and Evaluation.
- All bookings require a 50% service fee, which will go towards your services.
- The booking fee will be credited towards your appointment at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- All appointment deposits are non-refundable.
- To retain your deposit, you must text at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to request rescheduling. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, late cancellations, and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Each client is permitted two rescheduling opportunities per calendar month. Exceeding this limit will place you on our pending appointment list, and future bookings will be subject to availability.
