Booking and Cancelation Policy.

To sustain an organized and hassle-free experience, Totally You Spa Inc. will be implementing the following booking and cancelation policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the following information please contact us for further clarification. 

Booking Policy 

- All services are by appointment only.

​

- Appointments can be booked online or via a phone call.

​

-All new clients are required to book our First Time Massage Consultation and Evaluation. 

​

- All bookings require a 50% service fee which will go towards your services.

 

- The booking fee will be credited towards your appointment at checkout. 

Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

- Refunds will not be issued to cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.

- Each client is allotted two cancellation or rescheduling opportunities per month. Exceeding this limit will result in placement on a pending list due to limited time slot availability.
